Use clamps to secure your work material while working on it, or for temporary assemblies, such as while wood glue sets. Rotate the handle to bring the jaws together for a tight grip. To protect your work surface from marking, you can put small scrap wood between the jaws of the clamp and your workpiece.
Prepare Before Use
Set the jaws of the clamp to within a few turns of the desired distance before use.
