Square Transfer Shovel

The square shovel is often used for efficient moving of loose materials such as soil, gravel, or mulch. The straight handle provides a good grip and leverage, making it easier to lift and transfer heavy loads.

The square shaped blade also can be used for edging and leveling of surfaces and cutting flat walls into existing holes. The wide nose is not the right tool for digging into the ground. Try a spade-tip shovel for general digging.
